In addition to assisting with quarterly reporting requirements, reviewing MD&A, quarterly compliance certificates, distributions and dividends, we prepare Annual Information Forms, Management Information Circulars, and Proxy Materials.

We work closely with our public company clients to prepare comprehensive board packages, disclosure policies, Audit Committee Policies, Governance Committee Policies and other assist them to comply with the myriad of rules that govern public companies. We also assist our clients’ boards of directors and trustees to better understand their obligations as directors and to ensure that they are up to date on legislative and regulatory initiatives that may affect their role or liability.
