Dawn Call is the Senior Real Estate Clerk at Cohen, Barristers & Solicitors with over a dozen years of residential and commercial real estate experience. With the firm since its inception, Dawn leads a team of law clerks and support staff, providing excellent attention to the needs of our real estate clients. Prior to joining Cohen, Barristers and Solicitors, Dawn was a team supervisor with CLN Highlander (a real estate processing business), a real estate clerk with Beard Winter LLP and other boutique law firms.
Rebecca Hundert
Prior to joining Cohen, Barristers & Solicitors in December 2004, Rebecca brings a strong processing and technical background to her 5 years of real estate experience. Having worked for a mortgage processing company and a real estate service provider, Rebecca brings experience with clients, lenders and lawyers in completing real estate purchases, sales, refinancings and transfers.
Faryl Kates
Prior to joining the team at Cohen, Barristers & Solicitors in September of 2004, Faryl spent 3 years working as a legal conveyancer in the Toronto Land Registry Office and a year with a boutique real estate firm as a real estate law clerk, where she honed her legal skills. Faryl currently continues to further her education and is thrilled to be a part of such a dynamic team.
